            跟客戶時常保持溝通,包括產品質量是否能滿足客戶需求、運輸方式、包裝情況以及客戶的其他要求。如客戶有需要,可以做到貨到人到,并現場介紹產品的使用方法和技術要求。定期走訪客戶,征求意見,及時解決用戶提出的問題。

            1)用戶使用我公司的產品出現質量問題時,接到客戶投訴要求在2小時內給于答復;嚴重時,服務人員要在24小時內到現場解決問題.

            2)產品一旦出現合同條款內的質量問題,本公司負責包退、包換、直至客戶滿意。
